I have been having a hard time getting a decent nights sleep this weekend in Bossier. I keep waking up every couple of hours to make sure I haven’t missed a call or text telling me I should have been on the road hours ago. But I had a little talk with Gavin before I left town Thursday and told him he really needed to just hang out and stay put until Monday. Hopefully he’ll continue listening to his “Aunt Ali!”
Oh, and speaking of Gavin. I was telling my family that y’all had finally settled on a name and when I told Andrew it was Gavin he asked me how y’all were spelling it. I said “G-A-V-I-N.” He said y’all should spell it “G-A-V-E-I-N.” When I looked at him funny and asked why he said, “Because Conner GAVE IN!” Ha!
